Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

  • Products should not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration

  • Certain items such as perishable goods or personal care items may not be eligible

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number

  2. Provide details about the reason for return or exchange

  3. Our team will guide you with instructions for returning the product

Return Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to TapBuy.pk error

Exchange Process

  • If the product is eligible for exchange, we will provide instructions to send the product back

  • The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is inspected

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item
